Once a session is requested by a professor, the Admin must review it to ensure hardware availability:
Click Review on the requested session card, verify the details, and click Approve. (If rejected, you can provide an explanation, and the professor will receive an adjustment email).
Click Prepare on the approved session.
Check the boxes next to the available devices you want to assign to the class, click the arrow to allocate them, and click Next.
You will see live statuses for each headset, including battery life, network connection, and file transfer progress (You can close this page while the devices are syncing)
Once data transfers hit 100%, click Mark Session as ready to push it to the active upcoming queue.
Please note that devices assigned with this method will only retain the data of the experience for the duration of the session, and will auto-delete the data after the session has concluded.
