They can also use Preview Mode to experience the learner journey in advance. Educators can use it before class as a preparation assignment, during class as part of a live facilitated session, or as part of an online self-paced learning journey. Learners can join a session by scanning the QR code displayed on the launch screen or by using a direct session link shared by the educator. After entering the session, they log in and enter the 4-digit session code shown on the launch screen. This allows the educator to guide the group into the same learning experience at the same time.

No. Teaching tips are designed only for the educator. They help instructors prepare, facilitate, and connect the experience to the learning objectives. Learners will not see these notes during the live session.

Yes. LearnAI™ works well in a shared classroom setting. When all learners are physically in the same room, we recommend using the text-based chat mode to avoid audio interference and keep the room focused. Audio and video conversations are best suited for quiet individual environments, such as remote learning, preparation work, or self-paced programs.

After purchase, you will receive an access link to your LearnAI™ experience. Opening the link will take you to the Workspace, where you can review the teaching materials, preview the session, and prepare for delivery. When you are ready to teach, you can launch the session and invite learners using the QR code or direct link.

After accessing LearnAI™ through your purchase link, you will arrive in the Workspace. There, you will find the teaching note, session map, teaching tips, and other preparation resources that explain the pedagogy, flow, and structure of the experience. You can also use Preview Mode to rehearse the session, explore the learner journey, and become comfortable with the flow before class.

During a live session, LearnAI™ displays a real-time participant counter at the top right of the main presentation screen. This helps the educator quickly see how many learners are connected before moving forward.

This is usually related to microphone permissions. When learners or educators switch to a voice or video persona, the browser may ask for permission to use the microphone. Make sure microphone access is allowed so the AI persona can hear and respond properly.
