This guide will walk you through preparing for your class, previewing the learner experience, and facilitating interactive AI sessions.
1. Preparing Your Workspace
Once you have purchased a LearnAI experience, you will receive a link whitch will land you in your Workspace - your control center for class preparation.
Navigating the Workspace
- Left Nvigation Menu: Here you will find the case chapters. Click on any chapter to view the specific steps that make up that section of the lesson.

Right Resource Bar: Use this panel to access essential preparation tools:
- Session Plan: View a snapshot of the lesson flow to understand the session at a glance.
- Teaching Resources: Download teaching notes and other supplementary documents.
- Video Tutorial: Watch a general overview of how to use the LearnAI platform.
2. Previewing the Session
Before running a live class, you can do a mock run-through using Preview Mode.
To enter Preview Mode, click the Eye icon at the top of the screen.
While in Preview mode, you will see the following:
- Side-by-Side View: Preview mode allows you to see exactly what will be displayed on the classroom screen (Educator screen) alongside what the learners will see on their mobile devices (Learner screen). On the Learner screen, you can enter the Session code (located on the Educator screen above the QR code and on the upper bar.

Teaching Tips: As you click through the steps, you will see pedagogical and technical tips explaining the design and best practices for each step.
Note: Teaching tips are only visible in the Workspace and Preview Mode. They will disappear once you launch the live session.
While in preview mode, you can go through the lesson steps (by using the "Next Step" and "Pre. Step" navigation buttons on the bottom, or skipping to a specific step using the Left Nvigation Menu) to test them and see how they are displayed on both the Educator and Learner screen.
You can exit the preview scren by clicking on the "Exit preview" button on the top right side, in the purple bar.
Please note: Preview mode is for preparation only and cannot be used as a replacement for an actual live lesson.
