LearnAI is built to help you stay in control, even when encountering issues.

If an AI persona does not load or cannot hear the learner, it is usually a microphone or speaker permission issue. Ask the learner to click Allow in the browser, or refresh the page to see the prompt again. Switching browsers can also help.

If you need to leave full-screen mode, click the Full-Screen Toggle on the top-right corner of your educator screen. The window will return to normal size so you can access other applications.

If you are running short on time and would like learners to return to the plenary session, you can end any activity instantly. Use the button at the bottom-left of your screen: End Conversations, Turn Off Responses, or End Feedback, depending on the activity.

If a learner has joined the class late or has accidentally closed the LearnAI tab on their device, and everyone else is already linked to the session. You can always click on the QR icon available on any screen and allow the latecomers to join without interrupting the flow of your session.
